By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and are legally permitted to access cannabis-related content and services in your location.

Legal Compliance: You must reside in a jurisdiction where the use, possession, and/or sale of cannabis is legal and where access to this App's Services is permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the App complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, rules, and regulations.

Verification: Gramz Cannabis reserves the right to verify your age and location, and to refuse service or terminate accounts if these eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be verified.

4. User Accounts

● Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Gramz Cannabis immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Gramz Cannabis will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

● Prohibited Account Sharing: You may not share your account with others or allow any other person to use your account.

● Account Termination: Gramz Cannabis reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to, breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or if your use of the App violates any applicable laws.

○ Collect or store personal data about other users without their express consent. ○ Submit false or misleading information.

○ Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the App.

○ Use the App to promote, conduct, or facilitate any illegal activity.

It is YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY to understand and comply with all laws regarding cannabis in your jurisdiction. Gramz Cannabis does not encourage or condone the use of cannabis where it is illegal.

● Gramz Cannabis Content: All Content on the App, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Gramz Cannabis or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

● Trademarks: The Gramz Cannabis name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Gramz Cannabis or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of Gramz Cannabis.

● User-Generated Content: If the App allows for user-generated content (e.g., reviews, comments), you retain ownership of your content. However, by submitting content, you grant Gramz Cannabis a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your content in connection with the App and Gramz Cannabis's business.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW, GRAMZ CANNABIS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

GRAMZ CANNABIS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE APP OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

11. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL GRAMZ CANNABIS, ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE APP, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT, ANY CONTENT ON THE APP OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Gramz Cannabis, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the App, including, but not limited to, your user-generated content, any use of the App's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the App.

13. Modifications to Terms

Gramz Cannabis reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Macomb County, Michigan, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis, and you waive the right to participate in a class action.

15. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Gramz Cannabis regarding our App and supersede and replace any prior agreements, oral or otherwise, regarding the App.
